His Sweetie - Poem by Lamar Cole
He had meant to spend the day fishing.
But he sat on the bank with his sweetie hugging and kissing.
They were enjoying looking at the water so green.
It was just a lovely scene.
They left that evening without catching any fish.
But he was so happy having spent the day with his sweet dish.
