Homelessly Define A Settlement Stone Poem by Miroslava Odalovic

Homelessly Define A Settlement Stone

Abyss count of time final down
Building the hours into the sandstorms
Shadow worn faces darkness born traces
Abyss measure spaces final out
Millimeters pushed against the wall
Roofs tiles blocks bricks a measure mix
Of a measureless pit amidst the call
The names shouted out against the nest
The birds flown afar wing waved quest
A spineless walk towards a home
Homelessly define a settlement stone
