Hope Poem by Raheem Lyttle Kiyaga

Hope

One step at a time,
make another step foreward,
pain to joy and happiness
in me to forget the past,
And the tears I shed
In da rain nobody noticed,
Felt the tears on heart.
Blowin wind to wipe tears,
Morning sunshine to dry ma face,
Hope for a towel tommorow,
Clean ma tear flooded face,
Mustang to drive away all yesterday's pain,
On a ferry to white waters,
Chopper inda car, forget the tramps,
Hope to hope, forget the past.
