House For My Immortality Poem by Rajmoi Phukan

House For My Immortality

Rating: 5.0

When love grows too great to bear
How shall I ease me of its ache,
For love more than bitterness
Makes the heart break.

But, with this broken heart, I can make
A house for my soul to take,
A house of shining words, to be
For my fragile immortality.
