How He Stays So Young Poem by Jim Yerman

How He Stays So Young

I asked him, once, how he stayed so young...the old man grinned from ear to ear.
He put his arm around my shoulder and he whispered in my ear...

"I love more than I hate, " he said, "I give more than I take...
And I set my heart to have a new adventure...every morning when I wake."
