How Long To Plead?
How long to plead?

How long have I to plead?
and read,
in her eyes
with honest try!
she has taken to heart
the treachery on other's part
and unable to forget
the deep scars that have been let
I tried in vain
as she remained
with her past memory
I felt only sorry
She has the honesty to show
and grow too
with her belief
and that provides her no relief
I plead her again
from my heart and remain
so calm with soothing words
"love is always like by the Lord
"I am crying, dear"
I hear the pain in her tone
say it bluntly if you don't desire
I shall go away and retire
"No, please stay behind"
I shall never mind
Even if she says no to my demand
But I feel she shall remain as special friend
