How To Get You - Poem by Kumarmani Mahakul

I see everyday all are busy
For gathering food and clot
Nature has given hunger to us
We move in search of rice.

We take care of bodies daily
But this is truth we notice
We have to leave these at last
Then who are we? Are not souls?

Ye, yes travelers we are souls
Oh God we have to balance both
Caring body we have life journey
Caring selves we know us and you.

But still illusion attracts us
We wander in dilemma very often
How to get you then you tell?
Better God you come and teach us.

We need to live ethically and morally without invoking mystical powers. Love and tolerance should come from within ourselves because we know it is the right way to exist (Report) Reply

We must take care of the body while we live. That is what He intends us to do. He will not come and teach us because he is already there and teaching us I think. Thank you for sharing this beautiful poem. (Report) Reply
