Hunger Keeps Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Hunger Keeps

Fortune favors he brave
But for those are ready to crave
Make dare devil approach
And achieve as such

Those who have witnessed poverty
Know very well the importance of almighty
His blessings and above all good luck
To come all of sudden and strike

Hunger keeps no good relation
When it troubles with negations
Lots of ill thoughts cross over in mind
Person sometimes resorts to unhealthy trend

Yes beggars have no choice
They go door to door with helpless voice
No one cares and sometimes received hatred
But alas! the life has to be led

It is first ladder of fortune
Person tries it again and again
The poverty can not remain permanent
It has to disappear one day and remain forever absent
