Hymn Part One

In front of the earth the moon laughs
The laughing light dazzles the earth
Neither one explains nor one says
What happens between moon and earth;

Who has given the attraction only knows
Behind this and that what does cause,
The strong documents I can find which
Is the matter of wonder and great surprise;

The both are set for specific purpose
Not for magic, game, joke or other case;
Day and night the earth rounds and rounds
To keep safe distance, in fact, the moon moves.
