I Am A Leaf

I am a leaf
a dry beautiful leaf,
I am taken with the breeze
to my lovely dream.

The sky too supports me,
the breeze goes smooth,
I without any harm
go on with a lovely mood.

My veins get darkened,
they tell the story to them,
I'm 1year old, with a hope
going to a new place.

My home waves a goodbye,
green home, have left behind,
I am this beautiful leaf,
have reached to my lovely dream...

This is a beautiful poem, soft and smooth. A dry leaf leaving her green home, being carried by the gentle breeze to her dreamland... a somber thought, but why so?
