I Am Not Happy Poem by Randy McClave

I Am Not Happy

Rating: 5.0

I am not happy
No, I am not,
I lost in a war
That I had valiantly fought,
I fought so hard
I gave all that I had,
Then I smiled at my victory
Now I am sad.
I now lie in the trenches
Sad and all alone,
I don't know what to do or say
So, I just moan,
I don't know who is my ally
Or who is the foe,
I raise my head to look about;
Now I don't know where to go.
