I Am Not There Poem by Heather Z. Hanna

I Am Not There

I am not there anymore.
You left me waiting
And wait I did.
But I am not there anymore.
You had somewhere else to be.
You have the advantage of being free.
But still I am gone.
You do not call my name
Nor answer my pleas.
So, I am not there.
You must have your reasons.
So, I must have my own
For I am not there anymore.
It was time
For me to go.
