I Am Out Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

I Am Out

I am out

They tell me of the dog
-feel arrow in my heart.

Told me of Rwanda…
-unsettled with a jump!

Eyes are seas
-full of waves
-boils blood…

What the hell is mankind?
What the hell is mankind?
What the hell is mankind?

Look for the cliff that
-must be named:
- "Chel Dokhtar…"

That is where ladies jumped
- "Better dead than be raped! "

Feel the shame
Feel the shame

I too am
One of them.

One of them!
Urn of shame!

Give me pen
-with flame
-must delete
-I must burn!

If was one am ashamed
-never was, not ever!

I had no hand in the
-brutal behavior
-of hurting or murder.

Is this poem about a man who needs to be ashamed of what he has done?

I'm relieved the person had no hand, Nassy

Hey Douglas, you know what I mean, it is better to be separated from this mean world...
