I Ask You Poem by Amitava Sur

I Ask You

Rating: 5.0

So untimely YOU snatched my love from me
But the same YOU preach –
Through love only we can find THEE
Then should I take it granted that
Virtue lies in virtual only
Is that what YOU mean? ?

A profoundly amazing question to ask, Amitava! ! If we are to find God through love why then does death take our love from us? How are we to find God after death? If virtue means to do good, or goodness and virtual is being something specified in essence or effect though not in name how are we to find God in that way? Very perplexing questions, how do we find the answers to them? Fantastic and complex poem, Amitava, I give you 10 -10's if possible! Thank you for sharing this intricate puzzle. RoseAnn
