I Can't Walk Alone Poem by Anil Kumar Panda

I Can't Walk Alone

Rating: 5.0

I can't walk alone
The journey is full of risks
All thorns all along the path
My feet bleed leaving me to groan

It is dark without light
It is dark and silence ahead
The end may not be near and
No traveler is by me, no one in sight

I have been left alone
Like an animal in the wild
With no one to take care and
Show love left by road side as a stone

I can't walk alone

Really walking alone poses many challenges But in the end we find ourselves quiet alone in the journey of life Laid with numerous thorns But there are roses as well Your poem is such a rose, Anil sir

A poignant write with vivid images. It echoes fear and a state of bleak and dismal emptiness. Well presented.
