So very, very true. It is a total relief if we remove them in our system; an extra baggage in life.

A wonderful poem so heartfelt. It resonates to many of us if not all. There are words that lurk in our hearts and in the recesses of our minds that need to be spilled out to lessen our baggage in this journey of life.
