I Live Amongst Angels - Poem by MARY PAGDATI

I live amongst angels, the kind that Heaven sends.
Only here on earth, we call them friends.
If you're like me, you'll know when you pray,
For answers are received from day to day.
You needn't look upon a star,
They watch over you, wherever you are.
With their chants, you'll know they're near,
Stopping along the way, to wipe off a tear.

They'll come and go to each beckoning call,
Lifting you up when you stumble and fall.
And when you're afraid, they'll shed glowing light,
To let you know that you'll be alright.
Take heed and quieten your busy mind,
For in their tender whisper, peace and comfort you will find.
Don't take them for granted, just 'cause they're there,
Love them and tell them how much you care.

    Dear Dr Brahmin,
I so appreciate your lovely comments, thank you. Yes, this poem came straight from my heart on the day of my birthday. But there was so much more to this enlightening moment; these amazing angels had lifted me up to live and enjoy that very special day that the Lord had chosen to bring me to this world. May the Lord bless you and surround you with angels along your every path.

    Kind regards,
    Mary

    Dear Kelly,
Thank you for your kind comments. True, we often take people for granted as other things in our daily life. The Lord has surrounded us with His awesome creation and wants us to embrace it, and in appreciation of it all, to shed love wherever we are - the greatest gift of all which we can give freely...

    Blessings to you,
    Mary
