When you think you're gonna fall
I'll be there to stand you up tall
when you feel that your back
is chained up against a wall
that you just can't see
to deal with it all
there's nothing left to give anymore
I'll be there anytime you call

And if you just need a friend
someone you just need to talk to
I'll be there for you
with a helping hand to lend
I won't let you down
I will always be around

I know these days seem a little crazy
things aren't what they use to be
everything you held onto yesterday
seems to all have disappeared today
washed away on some forgotten shore
and it will never be like it was before

But I'll be there when you wake
to kiss the morning sun
and your day has just begun
you can count on me again and again
when your heart is on the mend
from every promise you felt break
I'll be there til the end
with open arms, here I'll stay

So if you need a shoulder to cry
I'll be there in your sweet by and by
just close your eyes, together we will fly
in every dream you make
