I Look At Fall As A Wise Old Lady (Poem) Poem by Dave Tanguay

I Look At Fall As A Wise Old Lady (Poem)

The feel and smell of fall is in the air
This is the season we all become aware

Of many different colored leaves falling to
The ground
As we walk through the leaves we hear a
Crackling sound

Autumn is a time of year mother nature
Takes a rest
For this time of year God truly has blessed

We know winter follows fall and the ground
Freezes in the cold
For a white blanket of snow does chill fully unfold

As mother nature rest and all wildlife as well
For this time of year we are under her spell

I look at fall as a wise old lady tucking in all of
Wildlife for the winter ahead
Only to awaken in the spring and all her glory is
Generously spread
