I Love You, But I Can't Love You Poem by Deluke Muwanigwa

I Love You, But I Can't Love You

Rating: 5.0

I love you, but i can't love you
You live in a special chamber of my heart
A large hall where lovers embrace and dance
To love, cherish, to have and to hold, i have tried

You live in a special chamber of my heart
The philosophical and religious baggage you bear stops me
To love, cherish, to have and to hold, i have tried
It's as if you are already bethrothed to an invisible spiritual being

The philosophical and religious baggage you bear stops me
Going to a large hall where lovers embrace and dance
It's as if you are already bethrothed to an invisible spiritual being
I love you, but, i am so sorry, i cant love you
