I'm The Evidence Of The Cross Poem by Qiniso Mogale

I'm The Evidence Of The Cross

Christ was nailed to the cross
Christ was crucified on the cross
Christ died on the cross
He who had no sin died for my sins
He who had no transgressions
Died for my transgressions
He was mocked and humiliated
He was spitted upon and kicked
Before dying He said it is finished
I'm the evidence of the cross.

Christ finished it all on the cross
Yes, Christ finished it all on the cross
He finished the devil's right over me
He returned my stolen birthright
sold by Adam in the garden of Eden
He returned my authority sold by Adam
I'm the evidence of the cross.

I'm no longer under the curse of the law
I'm no longer a stranger and foreigner
I'm no longer an outsider
I'm no longer an intruder
I'm no longer a gate crusher
I'm no longer a bastard
I'm now a child of God
I'm now a son of God
I'm the evidence of the cross
I'm the evidence of the cross.

The fact that we are still mocked for carrying the cross is the evidence. I'm glad I don't have to carry it alone. thank you dear friend.
