I, Me, Myself. - Poem by Srinivasan Venkatesan
I feel my life slipping from my grasp
As i am separated from you my friend
I am growing restless in your absence
For want of you my friend.....
I am gradually becoming an empty vessel
As I search in vain for traces of your essence
Holding onto your memories that keep me alive
In pursuit of meaning behind my existence
And i am vulnerable for now I have no home
I belong neither here nor there
I meet many but none like you...
As I walk by myself, walking to nowhere.....
