I Miss You Poem by Susheela Alexiose

I Miss You

Rating: 5.0

I miss you
as high as the heavens
I miss you
as deep as the ocean

As the farmer waits for the fruit of the earth
I wait for you
As Pied Crested Cuckoo
I am thirsty for the love you give me drop by drop

Life is too short
To hide my love for you
I miss every breath of yours
The warmth of your love

The strong hands that cuddled me
Where I felt secure and safe
Oh how much I miss you
My love and my dove!
