I, Myself, And Me Poem by Dwayne Rankin

I, Myself, And Me

I always find good company
When spending time with good ol' Me.
And with Myself in friendship bound,
More good company of I is found.

"Yes never once alone" said I,
And never ever should I try.
And With myself would I agree,
To always then be found with Me.

"And never ever disagree",
Once said Myself to I and Me.
TO fight with Me, or Me with I,
Myself would never even try.

For once there was a minor fight,
When I claimed always to be right.
But then Myself along with Me,
Together there did disagree.

A fight ensued and fists did fly.,
When I hit Me right in the eye.
Then Me gave I a bloody nose,
While Myself, in terror froze.

Then Me said "Ouch! " and so did I,
As Myself just gave a sigh.
Then said Myself to I and Me,
"No more should we disagree.

Now the town folk all thought I was mad,
Because of that one fight I had.
They also thought Me wound too tight,
(Of this they all may just be right!)

Still always in our friendship found,
Companions through this life, thus bound.
Forever more will always claim,
I, Myself, and Me the same.
