I Plead You Poem by ANJANDEV ROY

I Plead You

Rating: 5.0

Being successful, the man is extremely jubilant
And rightly so he should be,
All are running towards him with beautiful garlands,
He is wearing those,
This is the day for him;
He will be written on the front page,
The writer will explain his heroic feat with gorgeous and sparkling adjectives,
His ink will never dry up for a successful person.
But look at the another man standing sadly in the remote corner,
He is a failure in spite of his sincere effort,
Nobody thinks about him,
He knows it in his heart,
Unsuccessful man falls into oblivion,
The harsh world moves in this way.
I plead you, dear author
Not to write him off,
This is the time, this is the time, dear friend!
To glorify the failure and his honest effort at least for once with your special ink;
I believe it will soothe his gloomy heart
And his wrenched feelings will feel like a triumphant.
