It's as if a veil has been cast
The normal life has long passed
The world grows darker
But the sounds of barkers know no end
Blinded by complacency
Destroyed by disappearing majesty
Commanded by peers
Just to avoid jeers until it becomes them
Well I refuse.
I won't consider another
I won't trust a brother
To tell me what's true
Or what I'm supposed to do
I'll let Him be my guide
His way I'll abide
His word won't subside
In my heart He'll reside
I pray for the misled
And those stuck in bed
That their heads become clear
And His wishes grow dear to you
Call me as you will
But that's how I feel
You have your right to choose
But what's 'right, ' I hope you will refuse.
The world grows darker and I refuse. So wonderful and thought provoking sharing definitely...10
