I Sigh Poem by Randy McClave

I am a nice guy
That is no lie,
I help all that I may
Then unto God for them I will pray.
But, I sigh.

I am a nice fellow
Who is calm and always mellow,
I'll give money to a stranger
I've pulled the innocent out of danger.
I am never yellow.

I am a nice person
You'll never hear me swearing or cursin',
I will turn the other cheek
Even if you are meek.
Never will I cause your life to worsen.

I am a nice guy
Don't ask me why,
I have been lied to and cheated on
And used and sacrificed like a pawn.
But, I sigh.

I am a nice dude
Never am I obnoxious and/ or rude,
I will always treat you right
I'll defend you with my might.
We are known, by how we are viewed.

I am a nice man
I will truly help you if I can,
All you have to do is to ask
And I will happily help you with your task.
Being a Good Samaritan is my plan.

I am a nice guy
That truth I won't deny,
I'll proudly help anyone stand
In this, or in any other land.
But, I sigh
