The previous era
And my life was in storm

I tasted trial
When it was full of thorn
I tasted trial
When I met the sun

I tasted trial
From the time I was born
I tasted trial
And it was bitter in my tongue

I tasted trial
When life was tough
I tasted trial
Till the day I overcome
