I'Ve - Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

I've,
Memories to keep.
I've,
Lived life for reasons.
I've,
Sowed what I've reaped.
And I've,
Spent time in seeking.
With a little bit of pity,
And a lot of self defeating.

I've,
Done plenty weeping.
I've,
Had little sleep.
But today I know when troubles come,
I'm not alone to be on my own!
I've grown a lot older!

I've,
Memories to keep.
I've,
Lived life for reasons.
I've,
Sowed what I've reaped.
And I've,
Spent time in seeking.
But today I know when troubles come,
I'm not alone to be on my own!
I've grown a lot older!
And today I know when troubles come,
I'm not alone to be on my own!
I've grown a lot older!
And today I know when troubles come,
I'm not alone to be on my own!
