I Wait



I wait.
Wait for the words
That invite me in.
Wait for the time
When you may say,
'Hello'
You may say,
'How are you? I am fine.'
You may tell me of your adventures.
And you may,
Just may,
Say, ' Come, Let's talk.'
So I wait...
And dare to hope.
Hope that we will meet again.
