I want to be with you
and times take its toll,
make that I fear the separation,

cause me to long for you the whole time
with the distance that divides us
and times take its toll

and come and stand between you and me
and I do not know what to do
with the distance that divides us.

When I start longing
I only think about how much I love you
and I do not know what to do

since I am hindered from you
and when I see things in a different light
I only think about how much I love you

as if I am embracing you against me.
I want to be with you
and when I see things in a different light
it makes that I fear the separation.
