I Will Find You Poem by Aundra Speed

I Will Find You

Rating: 3.7

Take me to a place
Where my mind makes no sound
And my heart is filled with joy
Take me to a place
Where I can pick up the horror memories
And with my bare hands I begin to destroy
To the days of a child where I knew no wrong
Where me and pain weren’t acquaintances
And the days didn’t last long
I will find you happiness once again
I lost you in the store of my life
By the touch of a hand
I will find you and when we meet
I will dig a hole in the grown and plant your seed
Water you every day, until you reach
As high as my dreams and strong as a tree
I will find you

Lovely piece on seeking for happiness, finding it, and careful nurturing it to full blossom. A well articulated poem nicely penned with intensity. Thanks for sharing. Please read my poem MANDELA - THE IMMORTAL ICON.
