Idyllic Home Slides Off Rails Into Road Ruts Poem by Terence George Craddock

Idyllic Home Slides Off Rails Into Road Ruts

transformation sudden unexpected chills
dynamic constant energy flow dissipates
dynamo current to faint glowworm light slows

dynamo light illumination needed in danger darkness fails
dynamo bike light on steep mountain slope ascent legs fails
a relationship off track falls down rocky bump bang slopes

a relationship on the rocks landslide disaster threatens
legs fail cannot carry weight as Antarctic blast freezing hits
legs fail cannot carry furry onslaught verbal abuse knockout blows

legs fail cannot carry idyllic home morph into cage fight road ruts
