If I Loved You I'd Tell You Poem by soren Barrett

If I Loved You I'd Tell You

My friend loved whiskey
It destroyed his liver and kidney
A lioness that had lost its cub adopted a gazel
When it wasn't looking, to other lions it fell
I'm your whiskey and lioness
My very nature is your distress
A bad tooth, a gangrenous arm
must be removed to prevent further harm
