If Only You Knew Poem by Justin Williams

If Only You Knew

If only you knew,

When I peer behind me in this queue,

I see the shadowed desirable face gazing through.

I see You.

If only you knew,

When were dancing on this floor,

It’s still you I’m looking for.

You give a smile but I want more.

If only you knew

I see your cute angelic face,

I see others look upon you and feel the same.

and I know your not to blame,

but you should be mine.

I fly through life easily

Most of the time…

If my desire was a day then it’s getting late.

I hear good things come to those who wait,

but I’ve waited so long and I’m still wading through,

If only you knew…

If only time would tell how I feel,

I don’t want to sound untrue,

but my desire for you is real!

If only..

If only you knew.
