If You Are True Reader Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

If You Are True Reader

Rating: 5.0

If you are true reader
And real admirer
You should not remain in door
But extend support even by staying far

What do the poems serve?
Even if they deserve
And to be well read
They will simply be called dead

Readers want to comment
But offer “like” and contend
It does not offend in the sense
As it is at least liked with essence

How much time it takes to compose?
Lot more thoughts are woven and carefully chosen
When we come to know that it is not even seen
The gloom ascends on face but nothing can be done

Writer too must choose to write in limited number
Let some of the poem be read by new members
If more poems are stuffed in column
I fear adverse comment and condemned

Mr Vampire Would it be possible for you to share the link you were disrespected? Just but curiosity, and in future cases for them to frown down on.

Mr Vampire I agree, and take too things from this. Firstly that writing a large amount of poems at once doesn't give you the feedback or comment you would want, as people generally only read one of the poems, also if I remember correctly that the main or 'explore' page contains a maximum of 3 of your poems at one time. Secondarily, I noticed what you were saying about it's easier when you go outside, instead of just sitting by and writing poems of which you have no experience. writing from the heart, current thoughts and emotions or experience often makes it a lot easier to write the poems, and in a more vivid and understanding way. Nice poem.

Dorothy A. Holmes apwlts2 I have had to resort to Friends Only May Comment because of unkindness heaped upon my pages by one of these young people. When time allows, please read my post, First Time In 7 Years and Shall We Let Them Win I appreciate your verse here. Dorothy A Poet Who Loves To Sing
