If You Like To Leave Poem by Anil Kumar Panda

If You Like To Leave

Rating: 5.0

If you like to leave me leave me now
I am not the one who will weep for you
I will not come to seek you in the morn
My heart will not flutter at the dancing dew

If you like to leave me leave me now
Our love is fresh and it is not yet late
I will forget the smile you throw at me
I am not going to miss you, feel sad and fret

If you like to leave me leave me now
And close the window where you stand
Waiting for me in the light of gloaming
When washed in soft light earth looks grand

If you like to leave me leave me now
Raw love has the nature of fading away
I need lonely hours with pens and books
To get you back in to my life I won't ever pray

I need lonely hours with pens and books... There are things to do and this is the time to part. Nicely said not to hurt.
