If You Missed The Train So Did I

If you missed the train, so did I,
Love, respect, and kindness in the tie,
Moments shared, oh how they flew,
You and me, a bond so true.

Remembering what we had,
Through the good and through the bad,
Our hearts entwined, a guiding light,
In memories, our love takes flight.

Though paths diverge, love won't wane,
Respect and kindness, a lasting refrain,
For in our souls, the echoes ring,
A timeless love that still can bring.
