Silly girl... sitting under the tree.. with a flower..
whispering ' he loves me.. he loves me not..'
little girl... wishing for love...
I thought.. just a bit too soon my dear..
just a bit too soon...

Saw a couple.. gray white hair..
wrinkly, old.. still in a deep loving relationship..
as they held hands.. crossin the street..
smiling like it was the first date..
first time together..
happy as can be...

Out for my jog..
a couple, laying side by side..
kissing, whispering..
making the sunset more beautiful than ever..

Along the beach.. there I remember.. just as if it was yesterday..
you given your heart to me...
sat and watched the birds fly..

I dont believe in love..
nor in forever..

If you're lucky enough..
that right person will just show up..
and be with you.. for the rest of your life..
