Illegal legalities

Each country is having sacred constitution
it is respected by all the nationals
the courts are there to see its implementation
no one can make its politicization

Political parties use it for their selfish end
interpret it with narrow and selfish motive to send
the signals of political prominence
and take chance to meet their goal

the citizens are given freedom and liberty
apart from equal rights and privacy
audio tapping for political end can't be entertained
the individual's privacy clause is to be maintained

if that is breached then they should be taken to task
whether due permission was grantedfrom the start
if no, then they are liable for the questioning
the states can't be give extra constitutionalstepping

the corrupt practice and bribery can be questioned in the court
the news reports and authenticity can comprise the report
the courts are competent enough to take stand
this simple logic and provision should be understood
