I'll Love You When Poem by Timber Koleden

I'll Love You When

I'll love you when your hair turns from fair to white
And I'll love you when your frame is old and slight
I'll love you when your brow is wrinkled and creased
And I'll love you when your breath has quiet ceased
I'll love you when you are wrapped in linen sheets
And I'll love you when you've been laid down to sleep
I'll love you when your soul's reached the bright'r shore
And I'll love you when I die and live no more
I'll love you when the stars fall from sky to earth
And I'll love you when days dark'n and light is dearth
I'll love you when the mount'ns crash down 'nto the sea
And I'll love you when the sky falls on ev'ry tree
I'll love you when all the clocks stop their ticking
And I'll love you when all the bells stop ringing
I'll love you when time stops to ne'er move again
And I'll love you when there is no when—I'll love you e'en then
