Images - Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak
Eyes gently rub across the surface of mountains,
feeling stubble of cacti and bushes.
Lovingly touching my soul, implanting feelings of
nature's beauty within.
Scanning the landscape from base to mountain-top,
lovingly remembering each detail in images stored
within my mind, awaiting replies of future words
in poems of mine.
