Impermanence

Poem by Kolitha Lelwala

When the dawn appears
whilst roosters are on line
there you see those
tiny little pebbles
glittering with the first light.........
mighty sun peeps giving streangth to
every inch of the world,
Photosynthesis....
releasing oxygen.....
granting energy...
what not?
yet...
killing those tiny pebbles...
showing us.....
Nothing is everlasting.
