In A State Of Mental Sickness
When you are
mentally sick
you may be unkind
to yourself
or a fellow human being
actions speak
louder than words
and sometimes they tell
an awful story!
your mind is your best friend
but sometimes it needs help
to be the best that it can be!
it is possible it can be healed
but first
we must know that it is sick!
