Alone in my room
Just me and my thoughts
Thinking of you
All the happiness you brought

My thoughts take me
To many places
I remember them all
Along with the faces

You light up my world
Like a beacon of light
Thoughts of you fill my heard
As I lay here alone at night

The memories are many
One's I'll never forget
Many more to be made
Just as good I would bet

Before you there were others
That I gave my love to
Just like I know
There were others for you

In the dark it's a good place
To lay back and reminisce
About days gone by
About things that I miss

With all of my thoughts
With all my beliefs
I now know what it is
That my life really needs

I've come to the conclusion
I know that it's true
That my life would be complete
If, everyday I got to hold you
