In Our Time Poem by Xelam Kan™

In Our Time

in our time
-of reason-
i saw the broken bonds
of rusted cultures,
where
feelings subtle once we had,
are imperceptible now.
don't know how?
Like an eastern stoic, i saw
time has not stood still
-and never be-
and it washes
the true 'Art' away,
and has abandoned
philosophies to dogmas
and
beauty to obscenity.
In our time
day starts at 7 p.m,
without sun- in darkness-
And man, like a careless child
has left by water alone, and
the wises gone wild.

The time also has witnessing lot of dramas, real drama in real life...we just live in the chest of time in different space..it inhale mystery to us feel what is happening but when time release it many time as wind blows and if mind working we may wonder what we have inside this body..is that just a body, or what the story have we found in our life...i believe as a.m to p.m and p.m to a.m reality can be so different, as beauty is sometimes just a mask of ugliness and ugliness is just a real face of reality.....what we have now..can we revisit it again.............today? _Soul

wow! wonderful, i am delighted to read such lofty pulses, such sensible concerns from authentic representatives of this generation. many have attempted to drive home the crucial issue of human bonds, loose life styles, uncaring manners, changing values and declining faith, i am afraid the list would drag us both into an end of this endless complexities that shroud the boastful mortals who respect not the moments past, the absolute reality, where he was destined to descent by the specific decree of the Omniscient Time; who when makes the Dos and Do Nots toll the programmed bells, might sure shifts change unconditionally. Well, Blessed Bards like you in this sin-wet world today needs to stay close in emancipating the multitude wallowing in desperate valleys of weaknesses immense. God Bless. Regards and love
