In search of love

When a partners feelings dies, it is not you
Who should feel the pain or think that you are to blame.
They may be in search of something they know nothing of
And it is called Love.
They have not felt the powers of the heart or how it begins
Or how it may end, but fear becomes a friend.
They then travel from heart to heart searching
How and where to start.
At times leaving broken hearts along the way
Because they are afraid to stay.
Once that fear barrier is broken and the heart becomes open
That will be when love will be found
And no more broken hearts on the ground.
