In Self-Sacrificing Work For The Needy Poem by Dr. Antony Theodore

In Self-Sacrificing Work For The Needy

Rating: 5.0

Monastic silence and solitude
are not necessary prerequisites
for a divine experience.

There are many who serve God
with great purity of soul
and perfect self-sacrifice
in the active life.

They are able to live in
God's presence
by devoting themselves
to Him in self-sacrificing
work for the needy and the poor.
