This is so witty and funny and tender all at the same time. I remember a haiku version of this that was utterly charming...will you put that on as well? What a slice of life we got here...the intimacy of the moment that only a couple can share and laugh about it later! I like the sense of humour that resolvies it in that stiff (! ?) upper lip way of not saying exactly what is happening but we know exactly what is happening. How very Victorian of you! I shall now lay back and think not of England but of this poem and have a jolly good laugh...what? love Dee Dee
