In The Cold Poem by Amy Fifita

In The Cold

In the cold,
In the darkness,
There is nothing worth living for.
So take your steps into the light,
Take your final glimpse of hate.
I'll stay here; you can leave,
You're not in too deep,
You just under the surface.
It'll be the death of you if you choose to stay dear friend,
I know 'cause I feel dead,
Hopeless in this nothingness,
Of wasted time.
Warm your heart,
Don't let it harden..
In the cold.
